Change Billing Method or Hosting Plan

Use this form to make any changes to your Billing Method, or to upgrade or downgrade your present hosting plan.

To change your Billing ADDRESS or EMAIL, please use the Change Account Information Form.

Note that changing your Hosting plan (upgrade or downgrade) usually results in some "overlap" in the payments, since we do not want your site to go down due to non-payment. We will advise you approximately 3 days before your present term expires to go and setup the new billing method. This 3 day overlap is normal, and necessary to make sure your site continues to operate.

Changes in Billing Method will not incur any downtime unless you do not setup the new billing account in time. If you wish to change to Check Payments, be sure to allow yourself enough time for an Invoice to arrive and to complete your payment to avoid any interruption in service.
