To 'point' the world to your Domain Name (URL), you need to set up your Nameserver (DNS) Address with your domain name registration site. A Namserver is the actual computer that routes your hosted domain to the correct machine, so the world can load up your web site. Without a nameserver address attached to your Domain Name, a web browser cannot find where your online files are.
