Can I just cancel my hosting account by telling my credit card company not to pay?

No - refusal of payment for an existing service contract is illegal! You must contact us using the Cancelation Form provided on the HELP page to cancel a Hosting Account. We will verify your cancelation, and then close your account. You must also notify us immediately if you change credit cards, or your present card is discontinued!
