UltiHost - Our Live Chat Hours

NOTE: Our Live Chat is only for current UltiHost Clients.

We make every effort to be available online as often as possible, but the truth is there is no set rule to this service. We usually try to make someone available in the early mornings and late afternoons on Weekdays, and sometimes we will be available on Saturday mornings as well.

Actual hours are usualy 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm Weekdays (Eastern Time) and 9am-10am Saturdays. Again, this will only be true if we have someone to spare to be available for chat. Our preferred method of contact is email. However, if you would like to schedule an appointment for an online conference, we would be more than happy to try and accomodate you.

This saves you phone bills, can allow several people to chat at once, transfer files, examine web links, and so forth. It's a very useful service, and one you should take advantage of if needed. (In fact, we are the only Hosting/Design company that offers such a service!)
